Regena C20 Vitamin C Serum S2 is oil based, which I love,it melts into the skin beautifully. I have combination skin and have a few scars from hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation. Seen a really big difference after using this product. My skin is brighter and more even in tone. My acne scars have definitely reduced. It controls the sebum produced and hence makes my skin look less oily throughout the day. My skin is glowing.
