Lacto cica soothing toner lives up to its name as it is soothing and suitable for sensitive skin. I have acnes that pop up on my face from time to time and this toner calms them down. The size is huge so it will last very long time.
I didn't find anything I didn't like about the product. However, if you are looking for something that is super rich or thick, this is not the product.
