It looks shiny like glass skin but not oily. Recommend to use in minimal amount first to see how well of your skin can absorb the product. Mine is dry skin, perfect for me. I was skeptical at first but when I tried using it, it gave me instant glass skin and healthy glow. Foundation looks more natural without the caking. I am so inlove with this product.👌❤️
