liyal review for Ginseng Essence Water

Even though it's name is essence water I used it as a toner after the cleansing . It's really toner-watery consistency. A light brown in color.simple ingredients as Ginseng root water 80% and niacinamide 2%. I like how watery and moisturizing it is. Really inexpensive for quite a lot of product. I used it in both in my morning and evening routine. I know it's a cult favourite, I like it for the first step of the skincare just after a good cleaning.
