This micellar water hadn’t failed since way back in the day. It’s efficient, easy, and works well at removing everything even waterproof products. Simply pour a little on cotton round and rub gently to remove everything away. It has no scent and good for even sensitive skin. Has none of the bad stuff and lasts forever too!
I would say probably just the dispensing part. I prefer pumps but still works great with cotton rounds.
