SoonJung 5-Panthensoside Cica Balm

Super moisturizing for my dry skin yet the consistency is still lightweight and soaks in quickly. Layers well under my serum foundation and other makeup products!

I can see it being a bit too moisturizing/clogging for acne prone skin. When I first started using it I had a slight increase in little white heads.
