IceE81 review for Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water

I received this cleaning water from Picky and The Skin House in exchange for my honest review. I have been using this cleaning water after washing my face and to remove foundation. It states on the packaging that it's suitable for removing light makeup so I've not tried it with waterproof eyeliner or mascara. It does remove foundation well and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight. I can smell the rice that this cleanser contains, it also has Panthenol. You need to shake it well before use, when I do this the liquid looks amazing, like pearls. For me this is an effective cleansing water as it is gentle on my skin and I don't have to wash my face after using it.
