Bliss - TPas65 review for Makeup Melt Never-Greasy Eye Makeup Remover Gel

Burns my eyes almost instantly no matter how careful I am using it around the eye area. You have to work fast with this product as it dries fairly quick on the skin and then i have to use more. If it dries on my skin(which it almost always does) it burns to the point of redness and i cant get the product off fast enough. Doesnt remove waterproof mascara or liner easily either.
