It does contain Iron Oxide Red which is pigment of the red color. The rest the ingredients are for emulsifier, texture and preservatives. It is not greasy, hydrating and brighten up the skin. It even out the skin, doesn't pile under makeup and also give off great beautiful skin even without makeup. It is easily removed with cleanser.
