Starting off the year with some sparkle! ✨ The shiny and silver packaging of this Mary & May eye cream really gave off a luxurious vibe so it was perfect to start the year with. 🎉 First off, the fine tip tube made it easy to precisely squeeze and apply the cream in the desired areas around my eyes which I rub in gently with my finger. Its texture is thick and creamy, but dries light and smooth. I have been using this only at night and wake up to refreshed skin along side other products I have in my routine. However, for my fragrance sticklers: the cream unfortunately smells like soap to me. It’s fairly mild but still noticeable, and a closer look at the ingredients lists out “fragrance” so something is present. I haven’t experience any skin irritation but more so I tend to get headaches if a scent is too strong. 😵‍💫 Key ingredients in this eye cream include: a combination of tranexamic acid (1,000 ppm) & glutathione (1,000 ppm), a powerful anti oxidant and melanin blocker, to help brighten the dull tone around the eyes and improve uneven skin tone.
