It reduces blackhead and makes texture smooth but This one is a harsh scrub. I hate the beads it gets stuck in the pimple -_- I also dont like the smell of it. Its drying and even if you rub gently it makes your soft pimples bleed out so i put it in the face leave for few sec and rinse off
