Noelinav review for Green Tea Water Toner

As a person who has dry combo skin.. IM OBSESSED!! I love the texture of this product. It’s a thick, moisturizing texture that doesn’t feel sticky when applied. It really keeps my skin hydrated and moisturized. It absorbs well into the skin doesn’t irritate my face either which is wonderful as for my face can get sensitive with some products. I noticed it products calms down any redness I have on my face :)
