Do wile using Retinol - Apply pea size amount - Use retinol along with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid serum - This combo works well to boost hydration and brighten up ur skin - Apply sunscreen the following day My routine = Essence, Hyaluronic acid serum, Niacinamide serum, moisturizer, retinol, moisturizer Don't while using retinol - apply retinol retinol on damp skin.using it on damp skin will cause irritation -apply while using exfoliants (aha,bha,vit c) in a same routine.using retinol with exfoliating ingredients or vit c will cause irritation.

Sandwich method🥪 Sandwich method is used to reduce irritation or dryness from using retinol.After use hyaluronic acid I apply a layer of my moisturizer then after it dried a bit I apply retinol.After retinol I apply moisturizer again.I recommend this method for retinol beginers and people with sensitive or dry skin
