Today, I will talk about the Garnier SkinActive Vitamin C Brightening Eye Cream. I love this fragrance free vitamin C eye cream. I apply every morning before I put on my makeup. I love the yellow creamy texture. I apply, tap and blend the eye cream around my eyes. My dark circles are much lighter and my eyes look rested, bright and healthy.
