Eudora review for Barrier+ Skin Barrier Restoring Gel Cream

I am a 30 something from the PNW who has started taking my skincare routine more seriously in the past 5 years. My primary motivation for this is to combat the first signs of aging, dullness, even complexion, and mitigate sun damage. I have fair, combination skin with an oily t-zone and dry cheeks and patches around my chin. A good daily moisturizer that can tackle "the best of both worlds"- combat dryness but not contribute to excess shine- is my holy grail. I tested this product for a week and was pleased at how well it soothed my skin, acted as a light daily moisturizer with mattifying effects, and was easy to use. The first thing I noticed was the easy to use dispenser, and the fact the product contains a refillable capsule. This made the product easy to dispense (one or two pumps, depending on how dry my skin felt that day), and less wasteful in my eyes, as you only have to get a refill, instead of another plastic container each time you replenish. It is cooling to the touch which felt nice on my dry skin, and I was really impressed at how fast it absorbed. It left my skin feeling soft and moisturized, but wasn't greasy at all. 10/10 on that aspect. It performed exceedingly well on my oily t-zone. It's strengths are the mattifying effects, fast absorption, and gentleness. Compared to other oil free moisturizers on the market right now, I found this one much more gentle and mattifying. Overall I am very impressed. I'm giving it a 4/5 stars for combination/dry skin, because I would have liked a bit more moisturizing effect on the dry areas, but think this would be PERFECT for someone with more combo/oily or just oily skin type. *** This review was created through an educational promotional event hosted between the brand and beauty experts
