I purchased this Urban Decay naked Smiley palette on sale from Ulta Beauty. I was very happy with the pigmentation and the blendability of the mattes. I needed a matte yellow in my collection. These shimmers are very vibrant. The adorable packaging is a plus. Gives me 90s vibes.
The only thing I wish was the pan size is very narrow, and you have to select small eyeshadow brushes that will fit. If you want to apply the shimmers with your finger, it's difficult because of the narrow pan size. Overall, I do recommend this eyeshadow
