Pure Toner
This is a decent toner and the price is very affordable. It hydrates the skin very well and due to its niacinsmide and glycerin it can help in improving the skin barrier. The toner doesn’t contain any perfume so it’ll go well with people with sensitive skin. It feels very light and it hasn’t broken me out since I started using it. Until I find a better option I’ll stick with this one. It’s definitely worth a try.
It’s not the worst toner but it also isn’t the best. It won’t make a huge difference in your skin and in comparison to other more high end toners it definitely can’t stand a chance.
