I finally tried the viral NYX Professional Makeup Duck Plump Lip Plumping Gloss [shade Mauve Out My Way]. Here’s my honest review!
Things I liked:
- The colour is lovely, very pigmented, and super glossy for a real mirror effect
- Application is easy, uniform and not sticky
- Quite long-lasting
Things I didn't like
- I expected some tingling sensation, but this was not tingling, it was burning!! After a little I felt my tongue and my throat on fire and at first it seemed to me to choke. The strong burning feeling remains for minutes.
- It tastes soo bad like spicy ginger/curry
- It didn’t plump up my lips at all, as you can see from my pic. Maybe it made them smoother for a while.
My conclusion: it's not worth the pain!
