This toner draws the serum or essence that is used afterward so that it is more absorbent in the skin. I use this when it appears on my forehead but it doesn't sting or hurt at all, this toner also reduces redness on the cheeks. This toner also reduces the streak and prevents it from spreading to the surrounding skin. But it is not optimal for acne that is inflamed during PMS😁. According to me .. This toner is worth buying because there are so many 😆 up to 4 months of use in the morning and at night. This toner also doesn't have any negative effect on my skin.
