The pencil glides on so easily and is a gorgeous neutral shade that can really blend with any color you want to throw at it! The pencil itself twists to raise up and offer more pencil without the need for a sharpener. It has a matte finish and promises fuller looking lips! It is super-pigmented and transfer-proof. The best promise on the packaging though, is that it’s “pool party proof,” meaning waterproof and lasts up to 6 hours! I haven’t gotten in a pool yet this season but I’ll definitely put that promise to the test!
