This is an acne treatment that contains salicylic acid, which is an excellent ingredient for fighting active/angry breakouts. It also contains niacinamide to help lighten/fade stubborn hyperpigmented spots from old breakouts. The unique thing about this product is that it also contains SPF, which is nice because salicylic acid exfoliates the top layers of the skin, leaving it more sensitive to the sun’s harmful UV rays. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks and I definitely feel like my hyperpigmentation has lightened and that any new breakouts are cleared up faster.
