I've been extremely impressed with the Clinique liquid eyelining pen eyeliner in the color black. The packaging is very durable, and the cap stays secure to make sure that your eyeliner does not dry out. It has a very precise brush liner to make even the smallest of eyeliner wings it drives down quickly and stays put throughout the day. I did not notice any kind of smudging or feathering. Even though my eyes can water quite frequently, I did not get raccoon eyes when using this liner. It was extremely easy to remove with a makeup cleansing balm. I did not experience any kind of sensitivity or irritation. I also wear contacts and this is contact friendly. I highly recommend this eyeliner.
