It was able to remove excess dirt on my face after using the garnier facial foam. It also dries pretty quickly and does not feel greasy at all
The smell. It smells like alcohol, and if you put it close to your nose it would feel like inhaling alcohol. Try not to breathe while using this one! Also close your eyes if its close to the eyes it makes me teary if I open mine. If youre not a fan of strong scented toners, avoid this
