Bellflower - teachew review for Pineapple PHA Peeling Toner

I've used some exfoliating toner, but this one is extremely different, in a good way. The texture isn't watery just like the others, since I use cotton pad everytime applying acid toner, so I got confused at the first time 😅 But then, I can tell, that the little bit lumpy concentrate, leave the skin more hydrating, and by the time, I get used to it 🥰 It is so gentle, not irritating, no breakout caused. No fragrance also. Bellflower Pineapple PHA Peeling Toner seems very awesome for a newbie and sensitive skin! 💚
