The toner itself is quite viscous and sticky (most likely from the snail mucin), but once it absorbs into the skin it feels moisturized and glowy, with a nice brightening effect that I noticed on the duller areas of my face. It claims to be a moisturizing, brightening, anti-aging, and skin repairing line. I've never tried a toner that contained snail mucin or collagen before, so I was excited to try this guy out. Like most toners, I expect it to not only add the initial layer of moisture to my skin but also clean any leftover residue from cleansing.
