Vectoria review for SPF 30 Daily Sunscreen

It’s SO thick. Dries too fast, it just peels right off my face when trying to spread it around. It’s slightly tinted, which isn’t neccesarily a bad thing, but on my pale dry winter skin it just looks dirty. The packaging don’t say it’s tinted, unless it’s because of the zinc oxide or something and I am supposed to understand that that means it has a tint.
