It is pigemented and feels velvety. It doesn't feel that drying on the lips. It is also easy to blend on the cheeks.
You will need the silicone applicator because the product doesn't apply that great with brushes. You can use your fingers but it can be messy. Lastly, it doesn't last that long. 2 hours maximum for oily skin like me.
