This is an amazing product! This is something everyone needs!!! Initially this wasn’t a product I sought, but was included in a bundle pack and so I got it. The website right now says it’s being sold at $23 as a stand alone. If you get it as a bundle, it becomes a bargain. April Skin does an amazing job explaining their products in regards to the most ingredients used in the product, who needs it and why it’s effective. WOW! What a change it has made!!! It’s a super gentle exfoliation that literally rolls away your dead skin and leaves your skin silky smooth. It has a vegan formula that contains the papain enzyme which digests dead skin cells. ⭐️ 3 top ingredients used: - Calendula flower: Rich in anti-oxidants and helps shed dullness. It’s shown to calm skin as well. - Papain + 0.3% PHA: This is the exfoliant of the product that is super gentle. As stated before, it’s what digests the dead skin cells and makes the big “show stopper” of the product. - Hyaluronic Acid: Hydrates the skin, which is super important after all the skin being scrubbed off by the exfoliation. ⭐️My thoughts: AMAZING! My skin always feels so clean and smooth afterwards. I definitely like to use it when I have blackheads or a dark spot left from acne. It tends to bring all the dirt to the surface and is able to gently scrub off any excess oil, dirt or sebum. It works wonders. At first I was a bit skeptical when all the dead skin was coming off. I thought it was the gel itself. Then I tested it on a clear, hard plastic sheet. As a kept rubbing it in circles, nothing came out. It continued to only be the gel on the sheet and no little bumps formed. The bumps are really your dead skin rubbing off! April Skin calls it their “gommage” technology.
