This is basically a makeup base and a good one at that. And it's affordable and accessible here in the ph.

I actually did not like this. That tone up effect is so white that i look like "espasol" as we call it.
It's also diffucult to blend as it dries down to matte and it keeps on moving when rubbed.

No. It's not working for me.

No. It's too white, difficult to blend it has this whitecast that i hate so much.
