This eye cream has sweet and stronger fragrance than the other version I've tried. The texture is quite thick but it is not too heavy on the skin. I didn't experience with milia or irritation while using this. I can't say much about fine lines or wrinkles but this does help a bit with dry patches and dullness around undereyes and smile lines area.
