The texture is super light, liquid like water, not sticky and has no scent at all. The 3rd Generation Formula cools down redness and tightens pores. It soothes sensitive skin due to UV rays, creating an ideal skin texture✨ For my dry skin, this toner doesn't feel very moisturizing if I only use one layer. I used the recommended 3 layer toner method for 2 weeks. It works quite well providing hydration to my skin but I still have to layer with serum/essence & moisturizer again to lock in moisture in the skin. This toner is comfortable to use every day because it feels very light. Suitable for oily skin who don't like heavy and viscous toners. To cool the skin and soothe reddish skin, this is quite visible on my skin. But so far I really enjoy this toner because it's safe to apply up to 7 layers and doesn't feel heavy.
