This should be used the moment your skin needs rejuvenation and needs to restores back the normal appearance after the broken skin barrier. They claim to be great for all skin types and for people with different ages but I was hesitant to use at first because I have a very sensitive skin. It gave a good result for my skin so far. But have to think about wearing it so many times. I love that it has a unique appearance of a facial sheet mask.
