byalliahmae review for Refresh AHA BHA Vitamin C Daily Toner

I purchased the 3 variants of Cosrx Toners (HA, Propolis and VitC) and i consider this one to be the 2nd in place. I specifically use this during my AM routine since Vit C helps on protecting the face from the sun and it is recommended to use it such time. I haven't experienced any drastic improvements with this toner but i can say it keeps my skin barrier protected and hydrated even after putting makeup but doesn't leave it tacky nor oily. Also, i really appreciate how affordable this toner is yet you get a lot of product that other brands price a lot. Overall, if you are looking for an everyday toner that wont do any harm this one's a must try. Mild, calming, even gives protection and Vitamin C plus at a very cheap price, this one's a steal.
