Their differences are: Kroger is water resistant up to 80 minutes while Supergoop is up to 40 minutes; Kroger has a peach color to it while Supergoop is clear; Kroger has a citrus scent coming from the orange peel oil while Supergoop is fragrance-free; and Kroger is priced around $11.00 for 89 mL while Supergoop at $34.00 for 50 mL. I honestly prefer Supergoop.
