i bought this cleanser because my dermatologist recommended it to me. it has a thick gel texture and it foams a lot which makes it easy to spread. i love how the product feels in my skin. it also leaves it soft and clean but without drying it out, even though it has salicylic acid which tends to make the skin feel tighter.
i don’t know if it helps to improve breakouts because i have use it among other products to help reduce my pimples. i don’t have that problem anymore so now i look for other type of cleansers.
