The Acwell Licorice PH Balancing Cleansing Toner is a refreshing, balancing and brightening Toner with a PH of 5,5, containing Licorice Root Extract, Green Tea, Rose Extract and Peony Extract. It promises to balance the skin, refine the skin's texture, reduce inflammation, irritations, hyperpigmentation, dark spots and acne scars and also claims to provide the skin with a radiant glow. It's suitable for sensitive skin and it's a vegan product! 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: It contains quite some fragrance, I noticed something kinda floral and luxurious but the scent dissapears after applying the Toner so it doesn't keep lingering. I do like the scent, but I can imagine it's not for everyone. While I do have sensitive skin, I didn't experienced any irritations regarding the fragrance myself. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: This tonic has a very lightwheight, watery texture that doesn't feel too sticky or greasy. It comes in a brown colored bottle, so it's difficult to see what colour the Tonic exactly has, but when applying it to a cotton round, it looks slightly yellowish. It doesn't dry out my skin, doesn't make my skin feel thight and while it feels a tad sticky while applying, it melts into the skin quite easily and doesn't feel sticky or greasy after applying either. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This tonic comes in a brown colored plastic bottle with a black cap and some white and blue colored text engraved in the bottle itself. I think the packaging is updated recently, when researching the product online, I noticed some of the bottles featured on older pictures still have a white sticker containing all info applied on the bottle, but the newer ones look like the bottle I have. The plastic bottle comes in a clean looking white carton box with brown and blue lettering, containing all info about the brand and the product, including a list of ingredients and instructions on how to use the product. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: After applying this Toner, my skin feels super soft and smooth, refreshed, calm and soothed. My face also feels hydrated and moisturized. My skin looks healthy, fresh, balanced and radiant. I'm not using it that long, so I can't say much about the hyperpigmentation or the acne scars claims yet, but I do feel like my redness and fine lines are slightly less visible. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I really like this Toner! Especially it's amazing scent, the very lightweight texture and the effect of the product on my skin, both in looks as feels!
