Mella review for First Toner

The toner has no scent, watery texture and absorb very quickly. It contains Blue Calming Hydra Complex and a high level of 130,000ppm Chamaecyparis Obtusa Water to smooth and moisturize the skin. It has LHA that less irritation and mild exfoliation. It is hydrated enough on my oily skin. I used CSM method (I put it in the refrigerator first so it felt cooler and refreshing) and put it on my skin. Leave it for about 10-15minutes and I love the finish. My skin feels so hydrated and moisten.
