First Toner -
• This is a multipurpose toner.
• Has a watery runny consistency.
• Didn't break me out
• Contains Azulene, Gluconolactone, Blue Calming Hydra Complex, LHA(a derivative of Salicylic Acid), iceberg water, so it hydrates, brightens and very gently Exfoliates as well. Gentle enough to use everyday.
foams up sometimes when layered with different products.
