Basically it's a corset for the jaw area to help enhance it to form a v line and lose the excess of skin, it also has fluids to help moisturize and tighten the area. The product stretches to the desired size according to the face shape and stretches back after you take it out. The more you leave it on your face the more shaped the jaw will be. My personal experience is that it works as long as I have it like 2 hours or so but it's also a temporary remedy. After time it will take the shape at the beginning, so for that I'm not sure if I would recommend this but it's a cute and innovative product.
