Peppermint - Pure-Castile Liquid Soap
Ive been using Dr Bronners for 10 years if not longer!! AS A BODY WASH or SHAMPOO///NOT FOR FACE.
As a shampoo, i have a youtube video i created about how i use it.

As a body wash, i just dump onto wash clothe and go!!
YOU MUST DILUTE: as i use the bottle i keep refilling with water!!!
DIVERSITY: you can use it in laundry, dishes, household cleaners. Google how to use castile soap around the house and you will FIND TONS of recipes!!
There is a bad rap surrounding Dr Bronners that it causes buildup. Since its more of a natural product it takes getting used to. You have to experiment until you find what works for you.
YOU MUST DILUTE. A lil goes a long way. This bears repeating. People seem to forget this.
