The Potions Cica Calming Toner has a super light texture, watery consistency, and quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving a sticky feeling. I like to use this toner after I washed my face, it helps to retain moisture and makes my skin feel refreshed. For the hydration, one layer is not enough  for my dry skin, but you can put as many layers as you want since the texture is very light. This is a perfect toner to be used in summer! I also like to use this toner as a facial mask to soothe my pimples or whenever my skin irritated. I poured the toner to a thin cotton pad, and then I just put it on the irritated area for 10-15 minutes. And it does help to calm down the inflamed skin. Overall, it's a good hydrating toner 👌💚
