Chinese Ginseng & Rice Clarifying Milky Toner
I loved this toner (yes past tense). I found it both Hydrating and Brightening. It has a lovely milky consistency. It has fragrance but fragrance doesn't trigger my skin. This toner never caused any irritation and I enjoyed the subtle scent.
This product was sadly Discontinued in the UK; just when I discovered my love for it (typical lol)
As with most products from The Body Shop, the price is quite steep for the amount of product (ml) you get. Because I liked the product I was willing to overlook the price.
