Hello! I was just wondering if I could put my serum, ByWishtrend’s Pure Vitamin C 15% with Ferulic Acid specifically, in the fridge? It’s not an oily formulation so I’m thinking putting it inside. 

To anyone who owns/owned the serum, what did you do? Did you put it inside the fridge, kept it inside the box or left it just it is? 😊 Thank you in advance!!! 🥰

I’m curious about yours! I’m currently using The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane. It’s good and all, but sometimes I find it too oily. I’m looking something to replace it with after I finish this. Probably a 1%.

I’m on 0.02% retinol every night, and I was wondering if I could add an antioxidant like Pycnogenol into my morning and evening routine. I just also wanna how I could incorporate it into my rountine when I using retinol. 

Do you guys also use Antioxidants when you’re already using retinol? Thank you!

How do you use Antioxidants together with Retinol?

I don’t have any bad experience with this product.

I started using this 2 weeks ago, and I must say that I think this has become my favorite toner at the moment. This toner is designed for oily&#47;combo skin, yet I find this very hydrating for my dry skin!!! I can also see that this calms my occasional purging and redness from retinol. I think this helps in controlling excessive sebum in my skin. This is also great for soothing out sensitive skin as green tea is known for having Tannins which has anti-inflammatory properties in them. In my opinion, this toner is great for all skin types. 💁🏻‍♀️✨

The toner has 80% green tea extract which contains amino acids and polyphenols. Other notable ingredients in this toner are Centella Asiatica extract, Allantoin, Beta-Glucan and Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid.

Its texture is very watery so it is easily absorbed by the skin. It helps my serums to penetrate better. Also its fresh green tea feeling when patting on my face is everything!!! I am a very big fan of watery toners. I have a thing for them.🤣 It’s really soothing and hydrating. It has a dark tea-like color with a little tea and grassy scent which doesn’t linger too long. I also find the scent very pleasant and relaxing.

If you are a type of person that doesn’t like oily serums, or you don’t like the hassle of waiting of the products to get absorbed, this serum might not be for you.

𝐌𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
Can I just say, this serum is now my FAVORITE!!! Can you imagine having these two ingredients in one bottle? Vitamin C is an antioxidant that brightens the skin tone and reduces signs of aging, while Alpha Arbutin is a highly-purified biosynthetic active ingredient that reduces the look of dark spots and uneven skin tone.

My skin loves these ingredients. It brightened up my skin and lightened some PIH, and I can’t believe it managed my PIEs and rosacea too. 🙌🏻 It’s smooth and soft too. Together with the other products in my routine, It’s not as dry as it was anymore. I’ve been using this for more than a month, and my skin is healthier than ever (plus steering away from junk and hydrating myself more also helped)!  

𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:
The serum is water-free and oil-free, but it has a light oil texture that takes a while for my skin to absorb. It is said in their website that Vitamin C and Alpha Arbutin are less stable in formulations that contain water and use of them combined in formulations containing water is highly discouraged.

𝐌𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞:
So what I do is I wait and let my toner (Benton Deep Green Tea Toner) and watery serums (Beauty of Joseon Repair Serum) get absorbed first.

✨Then I apply this serum (TO AA8%+AA2%)✨
⬇️
Then I wait again and let this serum get absorbed next before I apply my moisturizer (Iunik Black Snail Restore Cream) and sunscreen. 

Yes. Tedious, but I don’t mind. 😅
 
𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥, I think I’m gonna date this serum. 🤣 Meaning, i’ll use this for quite some time.  Will I repurchase? Yes. Yes. Yes. I will (because I’m about to finish it). Hahaha!

𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: comes in a 200mL transparent plastic bottle with the product description printed on the label. It comes with a screw cap. The only thing I don’t like is that I’m kind of having a hard time dispensing it. I need to shake it somehow because of it’s thick texture. Not a fan of it.

𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:  a thick, watery  gel toner and it feels kinda sticky for me that feels like a serum already

𝐌𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: I like using an essence first before applying this because of its texture. I think the hyaluronic acid in it really helped in getting rid of my dry patches and it helped retain the moisture all throughout morning until the afternoon. My skin feels very hydrated and plump after every time  I use this.  I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now, so far I have no complaints on it yet and this didn’t give me any bad reaction. 👍🏻

𝙏𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚: Borderline cream texture. I can’t explain it. 🤣 texture looks like a primer, a very thick gel, but the feeling when you apply it is very hydrating.

I can’t see the “wrinkle-care” effect yet, but I gotta tell you, it really lives up to its HYPER MOISTURIZING claims. 🙌🏻  Some might find this thick during AM, but a little goes a long way. Hydrating enough for me to last through the whole day. Also this is very perfect for PM routine. Together with the Beta-Glucan Power Moisture Serum, it’s a bliss 💖 This is my fave new product 🤩 I can use this as alternative for my holy grail cream because it works and it’s not expensive. I also don’t see the brightening and wrinkle care effect yet, but I know those take time to see results. I would repurchase!

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: As I’ve said, the texture is heavenly!!!!!! I love how it feels on my skin. It’s cooling and I feel like my skin brightened and softened right after!!! I love that it also contains 2% Niacinamide. it didn’t sting on my face. I use this twice a week and I love how my skin feels everytime!!! This past week my skin is irritated because of the heat, and this really soothe my skin.
