I recently bought a jar of the Banila Co Clean it Zero Original cleansing balm and loved how it did an excellent job of removing my waterproof mascara. However, I noticed fragrance is somewhat high up on the list of ingredients. I don’t think it’s irritating my skin, but I still prefer fragrance free products when possible. 

Does anyone have any recommendations for fragrance free cleansing balms? Bonus points for any of the following attributes:
- little or no essential oils
- removes waterproof makeup well
- works well in double cleansing routine for oily, acne prone skin

Laneige Cream Skin Refiner has been reformulated. This doesn’t surprise me because of all the new milky toners coming out— they have a lot of competition. What do you guys think about the changes? Will you try the new formula?

Nothing bad to say. These are very high quality.

These adhere well to the skin even if the patch absorbs a lot fluid (no falling off and disappearing during the night - ew!). The clear sheet also bends in the center of each patch, which makes it easier to  peel them off without causing any damage to the bandage. 

I don’t have anything bad to say. Very happy that I tried this sunscreen. 

🍃☀️No.1 Clear Filter Sun Essence 50ML

This SPF50+ PA++++ herbal sun essence is formulated with 20% Licorice Root Water, 15% Centella, and 14.25% Heartleaf Extract. It's a light green color and absorbs quickly into my skin with a slight cooling effect. It's an excellent choice for oily skin or if you are very reactive to heat. I didn't notice any pilling and it wears well under makeup. 

Nothing bad about this product. Solid ingredient list.

Numbuzin pretty much added every skin brightening antioxidant and vitamin that exists to the serum. I don't usually see THIS many of them together.

The remaining ingredients are geared towards calming the skin and keeping it hydrated. The serum itself is slightly cloudy and absorbs well. It doesn't have a strong odour or cause irritation. I was healing from a hormonal breakout on my chin when I started this serum. The hyperpigmentation faded much more quickly than usual over the past month. My mom is using this now for dark spots and likes it so far. She has rosacea and her skin is tolerating it very well.

The price seems to range $20-30 depending on where you purchase. Not bad! This one gets a 5/5 from me.

Potentially too light for darker skin tones— that’s the only negative that comes to mind. This was my first time trying out a product from this brand and my experience was positive.

My favorite cool toned blush at the moment. The powder is fine and creates a really lovely blurring effect. The multiple shades also allow you to do a watercolor effect that’s more complex and multidimensional than simply using one color. Amazing!

Great ampoule for oily acne-prone skin inside a dreamy pink glass bottle. The mineral salts purify the pores while centella soothes. There are also a number of additional anti-inflammatory ingredients: chamomile, a nine-peptide complex, and hydroxyacetophenone (synthetic antioxidant). I notice that I always have less redness after using this ampoule. It absorbs beautifully and is easy to layer with other products.
