I received this Vitamin E Calming Ampoule for free in exchange for my honest review 🌱🌱

✅ Claims: calms irritation and soothes redness

✅ Star Ingredients: Tea Tree Extract, Allantoin, Glycerin, Tocopherol, Madecassoside, Tea Tree Oil

I was so excited when I got the item. COMMONLABS also gave a very generous sets of samples. The product is in a green clear bottle with a dropper (30ml) and 12 month PAO. The ampoule has a green color, clear, and has a slightly runny texture. It also has a strong (maybe subjective to the user) tea tree scent.

My experience:
I apply the ampoule on damp skin after my toner. I use 2 to 4 drops (depends on how irritated my skin is) and it easily dries on my skin. It's also not sticky. Then, I put my moisturizer.

Before I started using this product, I used to have small and itchy zits on my jaw area, usually during my period. But those disappeared after I use this every night!

After three weeks of consistent use, my face really calmed down. I notice less breakouts than I did the previous months (of course, there's my usual routine from cosrx, innisfree, the ordinary, and illiyoon) and reduce redness on my cheek and forehead.

Cons: It has a strong tea tree scent (strong for me) when you apply it on your face, but it goes away after a few seconds as the serum dries. It also has tea tree oil so it's not for people who are sensitive to that ingredient. I am used to products with tea tree oil so maybe that's why I didn't have bad reaction to it. It is also pricey for me (in peso). I wouldn't have been able to try this if not for the giveaway so thank you, COMMONLABS!

[Review] COMMONLABS Vitamin E Calming Ampoule

Hi people! I would love to hear your insights on this 

I do my morning routine at 8am before work. Around 6pm my face is already very oily and disgusting (lol but true) so after I take my night bath, I use a cleansing balm to remove the sunscreen and dirts on my face but I usually stop there and wait until 8pm to use a cleanser and do the rest of my routine. I just feel like doing my night routine at 6:30 or 7 pm is just too early when I go to sleep at 10 or 11pm. 

What do you think? And at what time do you do your skin care at night?

COMMONLABS Vit E Ampoule finally arrived

💫 Cons: The product transfers especially when used on the lips so you have to reapply it. The product is pricey for people on a budget like me. But definitely worth a splurge if you can. The MV05 BOSS simply doesn't match my skintone but I still enjoyed using it.

I received the RS04 Memories and MV05 Boss variants.

💫 Packaging: My first time to have a lipstick in a circular glass so that's interesting.

💫 Formula: Just like its name, the pudding pot is really soft on the lip and cheeks when applied. It feels airy, smooth, and lightweight, with a soft matte finish. It is also pigmented that a few goes a long way. It lasts throughout the day when applied on the cheeks but need reapplying for the lips. Unlike the 3D voluming gloss, this does not have any fragrance.

💫 Usage: The RS04 Memories is the one I like the most. Red lipsticks suit my skintone better so I used that one a lot. The MV05 Boss is also good but I'm just not very fond of mauve lips or blush.


Unfortunately it's a really expensive product for me as it retails at $33 dollars. 


By Wishtrend A-mazing Bakuchiol Night Cream

🔸️Claims: a night cream with retinal and bakuchiol to help revitalize and smooth out uneven texture

🔸️Key Ingredients: Retinal 0.03%, Bakuchiol 0.1%, Niacinamide, Beta-Glucan, Ceramide, Centella Asiatica Extract

🔸️Packaging: it came in a purple box and purple bottle with a neon yellow airless pump. I love it cause it doesn't let the product get contact with air. It has a 12M PAO

🔸️Texture and Scent: the texture is a light cream that spreads easily. I got worried about the neon color tho because it stays on your skin for a while but it also disappears after spreading the product well. It doesn't have a scent which is good.

🔸️ My experience: I am relatively a beginner with Vit A products. Although, it should be noted that retinal and retinol are different. Retinal only needs one step to become Retinoic Acid while Retinol needs two. I started using a beginner-friendly retinol product in December last year, that's why I didn't feel the need to do a patch test when I tried this night cream. And thankfully there was no irritation.

I have been using this for 3 weeks. I use 2 pea-sized amounts for my face and neck twice a week at night after serums. I apply it on dry face to lessen irritation. Then I let it dry for around 5 minutes before I apply a hydrating moisturizer.

I was so excited to finally be able to use a product from By Wishtrend because I have heard so many good reviews about the brand. However, they are not in my price range so I never got to try. 

This product is so nice. It's super beginner-friendly! Vit A products are typically drying but this one is very moisturizing. My friend also noticed that some of my dark spots lightened! Although, like I said I have been using a retinol product so it's hard to attribute that to just this night cream.


🔸️ Would I recommend it: yes if you are a retinol/vit a products beginner and not on a budget.

Nothing bad but I didn't notice the soothing effects of the mask but I also don't use this consistently so it is hard to say if it's not true

⚪ Claims: Low-irritating sheet mask that soothes your skin

⚪Key Ingredient: Pathesoside

⚪Packaging and Texture: The sachet is paper-like and you can easily rip off the top part to get the mask. The mask seems also made of paper

⚪ I use this sheet mask when I want extra hydration and moisture on my face. I leave it for 20 mins and apply the extra serum on my neck, chest, and arms because there's a lot of serum. After, I pat the serum on my skin for absorption. My face looks like glazed don't after my routine 😄

For people who do not like sunscreens with dewy finish, be cautious in trying this. Also not so budget friendly in my country's currency (php).

Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel

⭐ Claims: replenishes moisture, no white cast, non-irrirating

⭐ Texture and scent: It has a lightweight creamy texture, runny than the Natural Sun Cream, fragrance-free

⭐ Packaging: Box made our of recycled paper, plastic tube, 12M PAO

⭐ My experience: Picky and Isntree were so generous to give not only 1, not only 2, but 4 products! I was so excited when I saw that each box contains 2 Watery Sun Gel. It's like Christmas all over again!

I used this continously for almost a month. I just love this sunscreen! It was so easy to apply and spread on your face. It has minimal scent that doesn't irritate my skin. I started skipping moisturizer occasionally since I used this product because it is also so hydrating. This is also fun to reapply because I don't feel sticky when doing so. 

⭐ Rate: 5/5 

⭐ Will I recommend this: of course! This is really worth the try!

My only concern is the price. It retails at $28. It is not budget-friendly and the product only has 50ml. No other negative side effects so far

🌿 Key ingredients: 58% licorice root extract, panthenol, ceramide, glycerin

🌿 Texture and scent: It has a lightweight gel-like texture, fragrance free

🌿 Packaging: Plastic green tube, 50ml of product, 12M PAO

🌿 My experience: I received this on August 31 and started using it immediately. I used this as moisturizer day and night. I have only used this cream a little over a week so my experience is still limited.

So far, I like using it. The product is lightweight, good for people with oily skin. It gets easily absorbed by the skin and non-greasy. It makes your skin feel soft and smooth after applying.

This is my first trying a product with licorice ingredient. I started used this a week before my period when I got small itchy acnes on my chin and jaw areas. The cream helps soothes them and remove any itchy feeling (although I also use other calming products).

🌿 Will I recommend this? My only concern is the price. It retails at $28. It is not budget-friendly and the product only has 50ml. But if you have the budget and you're experiencing irritation and redness, you can try this cream.
