First, this product does not remove eye makeup and should not be put anywhere near your eyes!! I feel a little cheated by this product because it is marketed as a makeup removing cleansing balm. On the back of the product I realized all too late that they warn not to use near the eyes. If you try to remove eye makeup you will get small matters stuck in your eyes that are extremely hard to wash out and leave you with cloudy vision for at least half an hour. I try to practice product minimalizm so I was dissapointed to find out I needed another product to remove eye makeup if I choose to use this balm. Second, Ive had this product for three months. Sometimes durring use I find small bits that feel like scrubbing beads or grains. Which I absolutely hate. I never want physical exfoliation. Especially because this is marketed for sensitive skin. Lastly, this product is already starting to separate on me! Now every time I use this, a liquidy substance comes out before the balm. I have tried to shake the product but it does nothing due to the consistancy. Overall, I wanted to love this but I just cant. I am trying to use it up so I dont waste it but I am still looking for a good makeup removing first cleanse that is safe around my eyes. I really hope I just got a odd bad product and that this balm isnt always like this.

I have been looking for a good first cleanse to remove spf and makeup. I really wanted to like this but it really didnt work for me. Ive been using it up as a first cleanse on days I only wear sunscreen. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it has not irritated my skin and I can still continue to use it as long as I avoid my eyes.

I honestly dont have anything bad to say. Using this product is a luxury experience and it does an amazing job, all at a low price point! I love it.

This has become my favorite moisturizer! I also love the FAB ultra repair cream but this product does wonders for my dry skin! I love the packaging, I love how the product leaves my skin feeling highly moisturized. I would recommend for anyone with really dry skin, its a miracle product!

I don’t have anything bad to say but if I could change this product to better suit my skin, I would make it even richer. My skin is so dry that it could handle a heavier product.

So far I’ve really loved this product. I have extremely dry skin and this product is well suited for me. It has a thick texture that is not creamy and more gel-like. For me this is essentially a heavier moisturizer and less of a mask but I still love it! It has a nice smell and luxury user experience.

This product contains lavender oil as a fragrance and it is very apparent. My skin is a little sensitive. I don’t use any other products with fragrance. I don’t use this sunscreen every day because I am sensitive to strong fragrances. It smells lovely but my skin would be happier with a fragrance free option! Really a shame because this sunscreen is perfect otherwise! 
Update! The lavender never bothered me and I will be repurchasing 😊

Overall, I realy enjoy this sunscreen. Its vegan and mineral. I find the best way to apply this is by generously warming it up on your finger tips before applying on the face. I find this minimizes the white cast. After a few seconds of working into the skin the white cast completly dissipates. I have very dry skin, this leaves me very dewy and hydrated. I would say this sunscreen is best for dry skin types. 
Update! I love this sunscreen. Over time I have fallen in love with it. The whitecast is nonexistant if you warm it in your hands first and the essential oil never irritated my skin. It has a high concentration of zinc oxide so I trust the SPF rating. I would not reccomend for oily skin.
