Has anyone used this spf and know if it’s spf and pa ratings are true? Looking to buy but a little worried lol

Hi everyone, so we all know the purito controversy and ended up in a bunch of chemical spfs getting taken down and reformulated, and a lot of us have been using the isntree watery sun gel spf 50++++. 
I’ve been using it for the past month of staying indoors all day or so and I really love it, however, this morning when I went out to mow the lawn (it’s spring-ish in Michigan) like half an hour after applying it, I came back and my face is bURNED, red and sensitive. I haven’t had a sunburn in so long it feels so foreign ughhh plus I just exfoliated last night too 😳. I had slathered on like a whole tablespoon of it Idk why, I even wore a hat and a mask to avoid pollen :((( 

Has anyone else encountered burning with this spf? Or is it just me? I really hope it is 50++++ otherwise I’d be so sad

Hi has anyone used this sunscreen? It’s a mineral spf 50++++, I just bought it, the 2020 formula version (without fragrance) How does it work for everyone, any white cast, pilling, etc? :)

Hello! I heard a debate about if you should double/oil cleanse at night if you wear a chemical spf, since it doesn’t create a ‘physical shield’ so a regular cleanse is okay, and if I just wear a chemical spf and use an oil cleanser for my double cleanse it’s too rough on the skin. Thoughts?

Nothing! I guess the only con is its too heavy to use in the morning? If that is considered a con, haha. Or if youre put off by strong smells, you may not like the smell. But again, theres no added fragrance!

My first impression was ‘wow the scent is strong!’ But dont be put off by it! Theres no added fragrance or anything, thats just the natural smell of the tamanu oil. If you have dehydrated skin this is for you!!! It saved my skin from Michigans terrible winters :)))) i use it at night only since it is a little heavy in the morning.
