I'm trying to get better at doing makeup so I'm basically a beginner. How do you pick the best and most accurate foundation, whether it be color, type, material ect? I've seen so many different tutorials that I'm even more confused and lost. Between how they describe to find your under tones, temperature, buildable, full coverage, color ect ITS a bit crazy. Do you think it's better to compare by yourself in the store like holding the package to your skin? Or is it better to just go to an actual beauty store and have one of their consultants do it? It's harder to do it with someone's helps in the store especially because of the pandemic. Should I try and find a consultant to help or just do it myself? I'm afraid of wasting and throwing away money but not getting them right the first time

REPURCHASE: Yes!! It's refreshing, affordable, doesn't irritate, and produces the perfect amount of foam, provides moisture and gentle exfoliation, leaving skin feeling hydrated and smooth.

I received this product for free from bzzagent in exchange of my honest opinion.
  I have never been big on serums or leave in items as they tend to make my hair feel heavy or greasy. This could not be further from the truth!! Kerastase Paris 8hr Magic Night Serum is a lightweight, leave-in, overnight serum that provides deep hydration, nourishment, detangles and enhances strength and shine to hair while you sleep. It can be used with all types and textures of hair. When used regularly, the serum helps to combat dryness and frizz, prevent breakage and split ends, and promote healthier, more resilient hair overall. 
  It is infused with a blend of natural oils, amino acids, and antioxidants that work together to smooth and soften the hair, making it more manageable and easier to style. The Iris Root Extract protects the hair from oxydation, prolonging the nutrition, Glucose replenishes hair, Lipids help to retain moisture,  and the 5 Vitamin Blend Nutrients seal and anchor roots leaving the hair with a satin finish. 
  The packaging and bottle is beautiful and has a luxurious look and feel to it. The serum itself has a light and creamy texture. I like the consistency because it is a little thicker than other serums. In addition to all these aspects, it has an absolutely divine smell, I can't stop smelling it. Smells like flowers and a hint of honey. 
The serum applies very easily and does not weigh down my hair. The hair absorbs the nourishing serum gradually throughout the night to reverse daytime depletion.Because the formula is so lightweight and quickly absorbing, the product will not leave any residue on my pillows which I love. 
  I rub a quarter size of product in the mid to ends of my hair, put it in a loose braid before going to bed. In the morning my hair looked and felt soft, silky, smooth and shiny. It was also easier to detangle, helped with frizz and even helped my curls too! However its kinda pricey and my split ends are still there. If I don't use it every single day I can see it lasting awhile. It's definitely worth a try though. You can also use the product during the day as a leave-in conditioner but there is no heat protection. 

I do wish it would come out of the syringe a little easier, so I could control how much I get at once.
This product retails for $40 USD, and I feel that's a little high for only 10 syringes.
The amount of plastic is a bit concerning. It does help with cross contamination, but it's just a little too much of a waste.
Directions are unclear of how much to use.
 No one can lighten dark spots or even skintone without using this product for months. So not really sure how so many reviews are stating they've seen these results.

Disclaimers: A lot of fruit extracts and some people are allergic to certain ones so they wouldn't be able to try it.

My Experience:
  I wasn't able to use the entire product because delivery arrived so late due to shipping issues, and my review was due for submission. Short term: Helps to moisturize and hydrate dry areas of my combo skin and really did make it more radiant or "brightening", and it helped sooth some areas or redness. 
This time of year with the cooler weather I always end up with dry, irritated, red and dull skin. The box comes with 10 individually wrapped syringes that have tops. This makes it easier because I was able to use one syringe 3 times. The texture is opaque and a little tacky as first, but than smooths out so easily and makes your skin visibly hydrated and silky smooth. Although I believe your need more time to truly see a difference, the overall appearance of my skin looks healthier, youthful, radiant and less redness. 
I did notice a bit of plumping under my eyes and my cheeks.
It's the perfect consistency for a smooth application, and absorbs super quickly. 
I enjoyed used this product morning and night after cleansing. I wish I had taken some before/after shots because there is a marked difference. 
This product also has a light and pleasant scent that I personally found very soothing. It dissipates after application to the skin.
The ampoule penetrates deep into the skin to deliver an intensive hydrating and brightening benefit. After just a few minutes to an hour you'll notice how amazing of a glow this product gives to your complexion!
This product works beautifully under makeup, and I didnt find any problems with some of the other products I also use.
I think this product can provide great benefits for all skin types, and when used consistently for a longer period this could be very helpful.
Product lasts 12 months after opening!
