im having breakout currently. it sucks bc i think it's because of my moisturizer (cosrx snail cream). can anyone pls recommend me a good toner for calming during break out... thanks a bunch!

after awhile i notice my lips become darker eventhough i always use lipbalm and lip sleeping mask. maybe i just havent found what works the best for me. what's your go-to lip products that help to brighten your lips? 

ps. i've used this but only pure paw paw that works for me.

I have used toner for years and it becomes my staple skincare routine. im okay with toner only and no serum/ampoule. but recently i got some new serum & ampoules and im in love but now confused which to prioritize when it comes to calm acne (bc i have acne prone skin). bc pouring out toner on my face feels like my skin is drinking more hydration but serum feels so nice like a soft pillow.

1. should i prioritizer buying toner or serum if i can only buy 1 due to limited budget?

2. any gentle moisturizer recommendation for acne prone sensitive combination skin?

Toner over serum?

hello guys so i have tiny bumps on my forehead after trying out new exfo toner. i love the toner although it purges my skin so im thinking to keep using it for the next 2-3 weeks to see if this exfo toner will work well for me. if it's not, im thinking of trying out a serum to help me with my tiny bumps. can you give me some recommendations? preferable korean skincare with affordable drugstore products 🤧

probably not too effective to wash off the blackhead

honestly the cult favorite! i have very large pores and the sebum is just disguting. somehow i love how it washes off all my fa-sins (face sins). the texture is very thick so it can be dried out and your gunks dirty stuff on your face can get glued on to it.

Sadly, the toner gives me a slight itchy feeling on the nose😔 I tried using different toners combinations with it, but havent found the right formula yet. However, this toner really helps deflated my active acnes. It's much better now eventho I dont use it daily (due to the itchiness 😥) right now, I'm torn between the 2: to continue using it, or to stop 😥

The 200 ml liquid toner has unique consistency. I'd say it's a rather runny liquid but also a bit thick???? Hard to describe but me likey! It absorbs very quickly with no sticky feeling or heavy scent (almost scentless to me!) 

Next, the gentle foaming cleanser is gel textured, off-white colored, foamy (BIG YEAY!), and apparently suitable for the whole body usage 🛀 It is bulky with 150 ml inside so that makes sense 🤔 and it smells like coconut 🥥

I've been using the cleanser for a week now, it really cleanses my pores and gives me cleaner and fresher skin. No burn or itchiness like I've experienced with the toner, which is a good thing. Some active acnes on my skin are noticeably deflated as well but this can be of help by other skincare products as well 🧽. 

 I thought the dropper was bent on purpose but turns out it's supposed to be straight LOL. However I like it bent more so you dont have to hold it too straight to drop the ampoule on your skin, way more ergonomic if I may say👏👏 Although it's lightweight, it needs more time to absorb, no tacky feeling for me fortunately. 

✨Commonlabs Vitamin E Ampoule✨
With 72% Tea Tree Extract, the ampoule is very lightweight and soft. Claims to clam irritated skin and care for acnes, I absolutely love this product. I've only used it for 3-4 times but it already helps my acne to get relieved. My breakouts start to get calmer and the redness isnt too obvious anymore. The tea tree smell isnt too festive, I actually like the smell, a herbal-ish like 🌿Definitely a repurchase after I finish the 30mL bottle. 🥰🥳

however it doesnt work at all for me. its just hydrating but my eye bag is still there.

update: my eye bag is still there but the fine lines below my eye are just gone omg

with good nice bottle, i love how its not too short and its just like regular bottle unlike most eye cream. the texture is nice, the pump is nice and small so you wont get the cream too much
