It’s been 7 months now since I started my page on Instagram. I love skincare and it’s brings me so much joy. I follow many influencers that obviously they take more better photos and have better reviews, but everyone has started some where right? 

I do look at the number of followers I have but at the same time, I don’t want to. I appreciate every single one of them that choose to follow, support and love my page. But maybe just posting what I love about skincare is what makes people follow me anyway. It’s weird, sometimes I feel conscious about the numbers but sometimes I try not to. Do you guys feel the same way? 😪❤️

Do you look at your number of followers? or do you just post because you love to?

Anyone here feeling uninspired lately ? Like just talking about skincare becomes a bit of a difficult topic because your mind just can’t stop feeling tired. 

Just wanted to share this, my mental health for the past few days have been so so tiring and it’s making me not want to post about skincare and engage cause I just can’t handle the mental capacity it takes to do that.

Holy cow! I love this toner y’all’s. Not only is it soothing but it’s watery and also deeply hydrating! I can go two layers with this on my skin and it just helps hydrate my skin so well. My dehydrated/dry skin thanks this toner so much. 😅

I use this in my AM and PM routine and it’s just perfect, does really well with other products as well. It’s lightweight and absorbs really well leaving no sticky feeling at all. I super love Houttuynia Cordata as an ingredients because it has really good healing and soothing benefits. Hence, I fell in love woth this toner instantly and I can see myself emptying this 😅. This will be great for all skin types especially for sensitive skin folks.

I have grown to love this cream. It’s actually pretty lightweight but occlusive enough for me and I use this in both my AM & PM routine. I also noticed the subtle Neroli oil scent in this but it very very subtle and doesn’t linger at all. 

My skin has been very tired and just dull looking for a while now because I wasn’t having very good sleep. I was also breaking out and I can feel that my barrier was compromised from the lack of attention. But with this cream I can tell my skin healed and got back on track. It was looking more healthy, radiant and the redness around my nose area reduced tremendously as well. 

This is such a good find for me and I would recommend it for all skin types. This does however contain fragrance & essential oil hence if you are sensitive, do proceed with caution. Overall, really grateful I got to try this. Just one tiny thing I would like to highlight is that this has a PAO of six months haha not much of a problem to me because I empty moisturisers pretty fast 😅 but just wanted to give y’all’s a heads up.

𝙈𝙮 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: 🤔
I have been wanting to try this BB cream for a while now and I was so excited when I was chosen for this review giveaway. I don’t usually gravitate towards foundations as I started to go pretty minimal with my make up preferences. 
Hence, it was just right trying this out. The bb cream goes pretty light on the skin and give a medium coverage. It was able to cover up some blemishes, PIH and redness too. But as you can see in the video, this shade was just a little light for my skin tone. That’s one drawback with BB creams like this, the shades are pretty minimal so it’s a little hard to find one that suits my skin tone, but nevertheless this gives me a chance to try the other shade in the line. 😏

Moreover, I actually really like the finish this gives me, it’s not matte which I usually prefer but it leaves a nice semi dewy finish almost natural like. It’s also pretty moisturising IMO hence not making my skin feel tight or dehydrated after long hours. The make up also didn’t really budge much when I wore this with a mask or outdoors. 

Overall, I do like this cream a lot but I would have to kind of mix it up with my cushion shade to cut down on the shade a little and match my skin tone a little. Paired with a little blush, mascara and lipstick, I must say I really enjoy the final look. Ps: I am not a makeup expert and I don’t know much but I know what I like. 😅 overall, I enjoy this cream and will look forward to trying other darker shades (that might suit my skin tone).

This is the first sun stick that I got a chance to try, and boy I do not regret it one bit. This was made for dry/dehydrated skin folks such as myself. As seen in the video, this doesn’t leave a white cast or feel greasy/heavy on my skin. I also noticed that this doesn’t really have a scent to it and comes in a solid gel texture. 

Using this over make up was no problem for me at all, but do kindly note that I am quite minimal with my make up hence I am not too sure how this would be on heavier/buildable make up. But this was pretty good in that aspect, not smudging or transferring much on to the stick itself. Omg y’all’s, how convenient is this when it comes to reapplication! I love it, it’s saves so much time and energy honestly 😅 . 

This gives me a very nice subtle glow and hydrated look. I work in an AC environment so this definitely helps give my skin more hydration and keeping it moisturised in the day. I think this suits dry/dehydrated skin folks more as it might be too dewy for combo/oily skin folks. Buttt, as this is fragrance, essential oil and alcohol free, those with sensitive skin can enjoy using this! All in all, freaking love this 😍💕.

𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨: Titanium Dioxide 

This is a hybrid sunscreen with 5 chemical and 1 mineral filter. I really enjoyed the texture of this as it has a nice thick milky consistency but didn’t feel too heavy on the skin. It’s also quite moisturising and spreads quite well on the skin. 

However, this had a white cast on me unfortunately and got quite drying on my skin after a few hours. I believe this would be better in fairer skin tones and for those with more combo/oily skin. Also, I noticed that this has a citrus scent that I am not usually a fan of 😅. This is also not water resistant and I didn’t experience any eye stinging from this. So, all in all not the biggest fan of this and most likely won’t be using it much as well. This has alcohol, fragrance and EOs, hence sensitive skin folks might want to take note of that.
